If you don't know your Pheasant Tail from your Hairy Mary
Morning,
As we are now in Christmas week - for all of you who've left it a little too late for that special gift, there's a perfect way to give any fly angler exactly the flies they want - even if you don't know what they are:
Our e-Gift Vouchers
The perfect last-minute gift, Barbless Flies e-Gift Vouchers are the perfect way to give any fly angler exactly the flies they want - even if you don't know your PTN from your Hairy Mary!
Our e-Gift Vouchers are delivered via email immediately, so there's no waiting for the postman to arrive.
Recipients can choose from any of our products, and as Barbless Flies e-Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year, they can buy something immediately or wait for the start of the season.
When you place an order for an e-Gift voucher you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at our checkout to redeem its value. If you would like to buy an e-Gift voucher for someone else, then once you receive the unique gift voucher code (via email) you will need to forward the gift voucher email to the recipient.
When making a purchase on our website, the recipient can redeem the value of the gift voucher by entering its unique code at our checkout. An e-Gift voucher holds a balance that can be spent over more than one order. All of our gift vouchers are available in values up to £100. See our site here for more details.
As always, all of our flies e-Gift vouchers are delivered free of charge, to anywhere in the world ![]()
Reel Recovery UK
As you know, we love receiving 'unexpected' parcels here at Barbless Flies HQ, one arrived with us last week in fairly nondescript packaging, it was a really nice card and framed photo from Michael Sayers (the driving force behind Reel Recovery in the UK) to say 'Thanks You' for the help we've given him throughout this year - it really was a pleasure Michael ![]()

We will be supporting Reel Recovery UK again throughout 2026 - we've a few innovative and unique ideas planned, which we will be researching over the Christmas break - I hope to tell you more about them in the coming weeks!
Tight lines and have a Happy Christmas.
