FAQ: 2026 Fly Fishing Annual - Your Questions Answered
We've had quite a few questions since we opened pre-orders for our 2026 Fly Fishing Annual yesterday, so I thought it would be helpful to answer the most popular ones:
So, here goes:
”Is this 2026 Annual different to the Almanacs you also produce?”
- Yes, it is, this is a 'coffee table' book which you can dip in and out of when you're not on the bank side. It's packed full of new articles and detailed pics, which we hope will inspire you.
"How long will I have to wait for delivery?"
- This is a pre-order for our Barbless Flies 2026 Annual. We have to deliver artwork and final quantities to the printers on Monday afternoon. Your Annual will be shipped to you the week beginning 8th December. We can guarantee delivery before Christmas for all deliveries within the United Kingdom.
"As you're a UK-based company, is it only for UK-based fly anglers?"
- No, is the short answer. Whilst the information contained within the Annual is based on knowledge from fishing and conditions in the UK, the techniques and flies discussed are relevant wherever in the world you fish (that's the long answer).
"Will you produce another one next year?"
- Yes. The proceeds from our Annual sales directly fund all of our free email newsletters throughout the year. If you enjoy our weekly tips, stories, experiments, gear breakdowns and the occasional questionable joke — this is what keeps them going. Your support genuinely does make a difference.
"Ok, what if I buy it but I don't like it?"
- No problem at all, just return it to us and we will give you a full refund - no questions asked.
