Descriptions, links and photos of the nymphs can be found below:
Red-Head Micro Nymph - The best fly for a summer river? This fly probably accounts for more fish than any other flies I use in the summer. It represents a wide range of river nymphs and is ideal for both Trout & Grayling. Fished on its own or as a part of a duo (New Zealand Rig), this fly is deadly. Our selection contains three each of size 18.
Orange-Head Micro Nymph - Great nymph for when the water is not so clear, the orange head wraps really stand out and create the trigger point for curious fish. Best fished near to the surface as a single nymph or teamed up with the Hares Ear Tungsten nymph. Our selection contains three each of size 18.
Pheasant-Tail Micro Nymph. This fly has found its way onto many anglers "must-have" list of summer flies, trout and grayling find it irresistible fished as a part of a duo or trio setup. Our selection contains three each of size 18.
Olive Quill Micro Nymph - This pattern is a darker olive version representing a Baetis nymph or any olive-coloured medium to small mayfly or caddis larva. Our selection contains three each of size 18.
Hare's Ear Micro Nymph - The Hare's Ear Nymph is a generic nymph in that it represents many sub-surface nymphs and is often used as a searching pattern. Its shaggy appearance resembles many species of nymphs when they shed their skins or shucks as they progress into their next life stage. The more scruffy this fly is, the better it is at catching fish, and this one is pretty scruffy! Our selection contains three each of size 18.
The above price includes 15 hand-tied micro nymphs and is delivered FREE of charge to anywhere within the UK.
