The Pisces Collective – Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement
Welcome to The Pisces Collective, a community of like-minded anglers helping to shape the future of our limited-edition Pisces products. To protect everyone’s contributions — including our designs, ideas, and innovations — we ask all members to agree to the following:
1. Purpose of This Agreement
- By joining, you may receive early access to product concepts, prototypes, and designs. This agreement ensures those ideas remain confidential and are used solely within the community.
2. What You’ll Be Trusted With (Confidential Information)
This includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Product designs and specifications
- Marketing and brand plans
- Prototypes, sketches, or concept art
- Business models and pricing
- Anything shared via email, survey, call, or group chat that isn’t public
3. Your Commitments
By joining, you agree to:
- Keep it quiet. Don’t share confidential content with anyone outside the Collective.
- Keep it safe. Don’t post, publish, or replicate any ideas or materials.
- Use it wisely. Only use what you learn to help us improve our products — not for your own projects.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs and ideas discussed within The Pisces Collective remain the exclusive property of Barbless Flies Ltd. You are part of the creative journey — not a co-owner of the IP.
All concepts and products remain the exclusive property of Barbless Flies Ltd. Your input does not give rights to ownership, royalties, or further discounts unless otherwise stated.
5. Non-Compete Clause
To protect the originality of what we create together, you agree that:

For 24 months after accessing any confidential info, you won’t design, manufacture, promote, or sell any fly fishing rods, clothing, or accessories that compete with Pisces products.

This applies whether you’re doing it for yourself, someone else, or as part of another business.

Reselling general fly fishing gear is fine — what’s not okay is creating similar bespoke products inspired by what we’re working on.
6. Duration
This agreement lasts for the full time you're a member — and continues for 5 years after your last access to confidential materials.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to end your membership and void your discount if this agreement is breached. Your obligations around confidentiality and competition still apply even after leaving.
8. Legal Stuff
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in those courts.
