We're dipping into the archives with this fly - with a blast from the 1940's. One of our customers asked us if we do requests - "So long as it's legal", was our reply. They wanted us to reproduce some flies which were discussed in the fantastic book "Flyfishing the Welsh Borderlands" by Roger Smith (an excellent book which you can - and should buy).
The fly in question was attributed to a really interesting guy, the Rev. Edward Powell.
Baby Sun Fly. Another of Rev. Powell's favourite flies, the Baby Sun Fly is great for all species, but especially Grayling. It is a smaller version of the fly originally tied by Dai Lewis (hence the "baby"). Can be used throughout the season.
These flies are available individually in sizes 12 & 14. Just click on "add to cart" and then adjust the quantity in your cart.
